and frozen dinners are needed to heat 6.1 minutes at full power. the amount of electrical energy used! Someone please help!

A watt is the basic unit of joules per second.
6.1 minutes = 60 * 6,1 = 366 seconds
Thus,
366 s * 1240 J / s = 453,840 joules
0124 kWh.
