Bmi For Women Under 25 Anyone Have A Bmi Of 22-24, Do People Say You Look Fat?.?

Anyone have a bmi of 22-24, do people say you look fat?.? - bmi for women under 25

I am writing a paper to know about body image and want, if you are a woman over 25 who have a BMI of 22, 23, 24 and even 25 are? Do you think that fat, or what people say, they need to lose weight. BMI is ideal for women 20-21, but under age 25 is overweight, but maybe it looked like this in our culture, I ask ... Thanks

I have a BMI of 22 and although I think I'm thin, I do not think I'm fat, only half the truth.

Moreover, there is no evidence of an ideal body weight. You can send a woman with a BMI of 20 and 22% body fat or have a BMI of 20 to 32% body fat. Percentage of body fat is more important than the actual weight.

During my youth, my BMI between 15-18 and of course, people always told me that I am gaining weight (which is not likely, but could not because my metabolism). I am now 49 and my BMI is 23 (middle age spread), but people still say I'm thin ... but I do not think so. So I think everything is in sight. I'm 5'9 "by the way, has much to do with the amount of perspective.

Now look in the eyes of the beholder. Body image, the days are now in ruins and fiction in TV commercials, as a woman today would like to see.

The BMI does not take into account muscle tone.
Therefore, the table has shades of green, yellow and red.
A closer examination would be a test of body fat.
The lower end 20 is within the normal range of body weight for people. If you are in this weight class, but have no muscle tone. People tend to interpret it as fat. So make sure you are fat.

My BMI 25-26 earlier. I lost 30 pounds and is 19.5 to 20 now. I was great when my BMI was 25-26. I feel very good for me.

BMI is a load of waste.

Most athletes are, the more muscle you have, the more muscle you have the greatest weight, the higher your BMI the greater weight.

BMI is a measure of the trash. Who is muscular, a BMI this kind of evil. Tom Cruise is considered obese by BMI, but only 1% of body fat. The reason is, is because the weight of more muscle than fat. 1 pound of muscle is much less than 1 pound of fat.
